| The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and the RainForest are great places to spend an entire day or just an afternoon exploring and learning about an abundance of plants and animals. The Zoo is home to thousands of animals spreading across 165 acres while the Rainforest displays more than 6,000 plants and 600 animals from the jungles of Asia.

Zoo remains open until 7 pm Tickets and Fees: April 1 - Oct 31, 2008 Nov 1, 2008 - April 1 2009. Tickets range from 7 to $10 for adults and 5 to $6 for children ages 2 to 11. Kids under 2 are free.
On Mondays, the Zoo (not including the RainForest) is FREE for residents of Cuyahoga County and Hinckley Township. From Memorial Day through Labor Day id Monday is a holiday then the discounts will apply on Tuesday instead.
